  • Great stuff man...50 secs is a long time. I've been practicing these for a few weeks and I'm finding them to be quite challenging. I'd be happy with 5 secs at this point. I'll put a vid up soon. Please check my other vids. Thanks.

  • took me about a month of several times a day against a wall until i got my first 5-7 second freestanding balance, after that it became more and more common, good luck
