What a tosser. It's precisely this kind of thing that you can't predict, it was so quick, and i could feel that it must have been absolutely EXCRUTIATING..I see his face when he says he looked in his mirror and I feel such rage i want to smash his face in, but I suppose that kind of thing doesn't help and you, you kept your calm and I don't know how, probably in too much pain. One thing i can take from this is to stay out of reach of car doors.
@moscowvespajoe yeah, alsot of people have said "stay out of range" but. this isnt a parked car, drivers dont jump out of cars usually... Also, its the end of the junction so i needed to pull in infront of him, hence being close.

I work as an electricians mate and its my first time working in a van. The first 2 things the guy taught me about getting out (i dont personally drive) is 1. always fold the mirrior in and 2. Always checking both ways before opening the door on the road side.

@MatsF10 Edge of his door hit(pushed) my clutch lever which squished my fingers against the handlebar. Index was squished more than middle finger. Others didnt seem to sustain even a bruise.

Glad to know your making a recovery, I had my first RTC this morning, the footage will be up after the police investigation. Bike and me are both fine and undamaged :)
@bluenapalm123 turning right at a roundabout coming off at the 3rd exit which is a slip road....... as i turn off i do my lifesaver checks maintaining my position in the middle of the road, next thing i know a silver jag comes up on my offside beeping... he overtakes, clips my handlebar then slams on and cuts across my path..... i lost control skidding for around 15 metres :/ footage will be up soon (next few weeks)
I would say, I wouldn't keep putting the Kung Fu Panda clips at the end of your videos. Eventually you'll get pulled for copyright infringement. I'd hate to see your videos pulled because of someone sending a DCMA request ettc.
