Brahmos range is 290km.
Indian forces will fire them from 100-150km away from PAK border on strategic sites.
Its not difficult for us to look 100km inside India 24/7 it will be detected.Brahmos as you know will travel in one direction no mid-course updates so CIWS is very useful in interception and destroying.

But i am sure at this speed it will further decrease its accuracy features, it may be fired in good weather, but if some ups or down(or small changes) in weather, there will be question for accuracy due to this plus speed. Also this is Join venture between India and Russia, according to International law, They can't make missile over 300km if join venture..

But at least russia decided to shift to their own system after 2008 when Americans turned off GPS in caucasus ....china/pak Babur cruise missile uses GPS navigation I feel they will replace GPS with beidou-2 when the constellation is completed.
Indian Brahmos was using GPS but now shifted to glonass.
