A Spanish rolled "r" sound is not so easy to reproduce if you've never really learned the language in school. It took me like a whole year to get it right! Granted, Sara's name really isn't all that difficult to pronounce correctly, but a lot of people just aren't capable of making those sounds. Hell, most American's screw up ENGLISH pronunciations of things, so it shouldn't be too hard to see how it would be difficult to grasp pronouncing something in a foreign language correctly.
