Legally they cannot let them go before 8 weeks. Many breeders will let you pick one out jn advance, if you know they have puppies. I kept these longer than most as the owners were flying in from out of state to pick them up! Puppies really learn alot from 8-12 weeks and it is best if your breeder keeps them. But they are rambunctious and many breeders do not want to spend that much time with them.
At how many weeks do breeders normally let you take them away? 12 is the highest isn't it? But I want one like this young to take away, because their adorable!
