I hate that I couldn't introduce this song to anyone at my new church because they are stuck on some stupidity called black church/white church. I am trying to tell them about some awesome worship songs that the praise team can do and they say we don't sing that at the black churches. I don't know of anyone who worships an image of Jesus. With the exception of some Catholics. It seems like some bow to statues of Mary. But that is another issue. My point is, I'm done pointing out why" looking" at a painting of Jesus is not the same as" worshiping" a painting. No one needs these pictures and no one is worshipping them, either. Stop telling everyone that they are worshipping an image of Jesus, just because they happen to look at it.
Many already do know that Jesus would not stand out in a crowd, but I don't think He has a problem with such depictions, as you do. Save your rebukes and brusing for something not so petty.

Sometimes life is just to much to bear to much. Things happen in this world in our life that we have no control over. I've had a lifetime of this and I'm tired now. There is to much pain sometimes. To many people who think they know it all when in reality they know very little. Oh my... this song is so beautiful. It touches my spirit and my soul. We are to wait in Him. This song says exactly what we are supposed to do. Always especially in trials. @Legacy786 The silhouette was dark, but I believe that was an Eagle (as in the earlier part of the song ie-Eagle's wings.) It does look alot like a crow. God bless.

I loved this video and all the pictures were awesome. I really like this version of this song and the singer has an anoited voice. I hate that I couldn't introduce this song to anyone at my new church because they are stuck on some stupidity called black church/white church. I am trying to tell them about some awesome worship songs that the praise team can do and they say we don't sing that at the black churches. I don't like that and when I was up north in Detroit I went to Assembly

Its so sad that some churches cant get past that. I am Af. American, my pastor is white and our congregations is every race u could think of. As he always says, there isnt a red heaven, a black, white, brown, or yellow heaven. It is one heaven for all who diligently serve him. People need to look beyond skin color man! What a hindrance! Yet down here in the south you see a lot of it still going on today.

I don't know of anyone who worships an image of Jesus. With the exception of some Catholics. It seems like some bow to statues of Mary. But that is another issue. My point is, I'm done pointing out why" looking" at a painting of Jesus is not the same as" worshiping" a painting. No one needs these pictures and no one is worshipping them, either. Stop telling everyone that they are worshipping an image of Jesus, just because they happen to look at it.

As for pretty things...wasn't Lucifer the Devil, in Ezekiel described a beautiful, yet he was cast down even in the sight of Jesus (like lightning slammed down...in love).
