Smart guys need simple things explained to them in complex ways. That's why there's this program exists- if you could take one thing away from this, it would be to just chill out. I've watched the program and it's great, but the bottom line, no amount of theory or psychology will help you get a girl friend. What this program does do quite well is provide techniques to help you relax. The rest you have to do yourself.
