when he bites at your fingers, it is because he's sensitive to fingers being put in his face. lots of quakers are like this. I found something that works really well instead, just put your fingers together and offer the balk of your hand to him (palm down) instead, I've found that quakers are less scared of wrists and closed fingers than they are of individual fingers themselves, especially fast moving fingers.

You should try to enrich your bird's environment with about a thousand toys and a HUGE cage. Oh, wait. You did that already. He's adorable. Looks well loved!

I have a playground on top, very similar to yours...and he loves to play on it too, but yours is very ACTIVE and hyper! Ryan just chills out and blows kisses at me, flys around the room for a tad (does a small circle, or comes to my shoulder) and nothing more. Cosmo seems like a very happy bird! Good vid. i hope to see more! (errr. i mean WE hope to see more :P)

mine wouldnt even look at stuff like that. I think his previous owner must have done something bad to him because he's scared of like everything. He wont mess with ladders and pretty much anything else i've gotten for him and i've never done anything to him, so it had to be his previous owner. That is a nice setup though and a cute quaker also.
