the first time I saw this song was in "My best friend's wedding" but I trully think that it sounds better on this movie, I love it with two voices, and also, the perfect complement is the face of Gus when he saw Leonora!!!! thanks for share de the song!!!!

I haven't seen the movie yet, I have it on order through Amazon. I seem to be one of the few people who liked AS in Criminal Intent, and I love VDO. He is so hot singing up there on the stage with AS. I have a shocking singing voice, but I would happily sing on stage if it meant Vincent was going to sing with me :-)

Considering that they had been divorced for for awhile and he had been living with another woman, while she had been having an affair with her married professor, then I hardly think that true love had anything to do with it!

Neither one of them had any problems before with their divorce, and his plan to marry off his ex-wife was based solely on money. He wanted to stop paying her alimony!

Frankly, I think that Dominic was too good for Leonora and ditto with Matt Dillon's girlfriend!

Fear Steelers, you are missing my point which is why a supposedly intelligent and ambitious woman would go back to a semi-uneducated,machismo male, when she could have had a tall, sexy, well-educated and caring man!

Moreover, I got the feeling that the Matt Fillon character only wanted his ex-wife back wheb he saw that Dominic wasn't a loser like himself!

@Xeresa18 no no no. the story is about true love. though they might have felt like they loved the person they were with in the scene, they really werent. I think this is defined by matt dillons facial expressions as he watches his true love sing with the man she is dating.

I'm a Vincent D'Onofrio fan, and this is a charming movie, but, unfortunately, the Annabella Sciorra character inexplicably rejects the wonderful and intelligent Dominic(Vincent) for her surly, monosyllabic ex-husband at the end.

In real life, most women would have pushed the ex under a bus trying to get a hold of Dominic! Vincent does have a pleasant and soft baritone singing voice-- quite sexy!
