@AStorffs12 they run true to ya size... I got a size 11 and that's what I normally where in foams. Even with the in-sole padding they fit perfect in size 11 for me. They're comfortable as hell too, at my job all I'm doing is standing up 7 hours straight. And my back heel was killing me that I couldn't even walk on it... I then wore the Duncan foams my foot was good.
