ESTAMOS ESCUCHANDO EL TEMA CON ARREGLOS DE ESTE TIEMPO, DEL YA BICENTENEARIO TEMA HIMNO NACIONAL DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE NORTEAMERICA, ESTRELLAS Y BARRAS. INTREPRETA EL CUARTETO DE CUERDAS BRITANICO...BOND.
Is it strange that you have Britts and Aussie playing the American National Anthem with an African beat ? Or is that the whole IDEA of what America should be ? I;ve met people from ALL over the world and I they are All welcome my Table So bring US your beer ,your vodka your tequila , hash ,Crepes , crumpets and Sake ...We'll Party !!!
@nakedcellist1 No, it's not strange at all. I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to serve my country all around the world, and I've discovered that there are a lot people out there that are Americans in their hearts that have never been to the United States. America is far more than just a country. Sincerely, Bill Chunko
The melody was composed by John Stattford Smith for an 18 -century society of musician called "Anacreon to Heaven". Later a brother of Francis Scott Key sets the text of his "Defience of Fort McHenry gave like the result the "Star Spangled Banner".

That's so neat how they're playing MY national anthem. Think about it, they're British and Australian. Yet they're playing the USA Anthem. That kind of makes me feel all good inside.
Wow, this is soo beautiful. You know there might be a hidden message behind the African sounds and America's national anthem. Excuse me for bringing history into this but isn't there a connection? And what is funny is our new president is a black man, Barack Obama.
I noticed that, too. Not to sound paranoid, but it feels like there's something sinister about the African sounds like it's foreshadowing the destruction of civilization. Beautiful song otherwise though.
Fantastic!

When properly performed The Star Spangled Banner sends a shiver down my spine and brings a tear to my eye.
This performance does just that :-)

I agree, the african sounds really make this piece even more "united" and patriotic.
