This is my favorite movie of all time. I first saw it when I was about 8 years old and it completly influenced my life and the type of person I wanted to grow up to be. I watch it a lot when I feel down or need to be inspired!

I love this movie. I must have seen it at a very impressionable age, because it's had a profound effect on my life. I still own severl DVDs of this and watch it every so often.

I think it's one of the BEST films that Disney ever made. A real classic.

Pity this movie failed on its release because it sounds like it deserved better. Disney realised too late he should have used a different title. Well, how many guys would see a movie called "Pollyanna"? The recent "Princess and the Frog" failed for similar reasons: the title appealed to too narrow an audience - little girls.

@Goodiesfanful I think it's proabably more than titles that hurts them. Disney makes sure great stories, but fails to preview the depth. They show funny, cute, or action and often fail to show what would really appeal. Mulan is a perfect example. It was previewed a woman warrior who took her dads place in battle and became a hero. It looked so butch and unappealing to me. Turned out its a wonderful story about being yourself in spite of what others think or expect & against subservience to men.

I adore Pollyanna and i use to have the movie when i was young and i can't find it anymore . my favourite part is when she sing Early one morning i heart voice is singing la la la la laaaaaaa. And when they eat the water melon.

Actually she was never on Saved By the Bell. Hayley was on the show, "Good Morning Miss Bliss" which later became retooled as "Saved By the Bell" but without Mills in the cast.
