@TheHurstCamaro It's a hit collision glitch that has since been patched. Basically, when it first came out, if an environmental object passed through a character while the elevator would ascend, it would drop them through the floor. This is because you can't jump in the elevator, which perpetually pushed you against the floor. The impact would break that and cause you to go straight through it.
