Be sure you have the right size settings for the new YouTube look as well.

new YouTube look makes banner and background combine into one picture, not like the old look that makes the banner, background separate

a banner is the background on his channel and a partnership is where a youtuber can run ads on their videos and earn revenue for said videos, if i'm not mistaken. :) hope i helped
