i was born with flat ffeet. it hasnt really bothered me til this year. i developed shin splints from them. now i have to wear arch supports in my shoes which dont really help tht much. cuz i have pronation in my foot
@singaporecrazy My calf muscles got really tight and then the stress was largely dissipated through excessive pronation. Pronation is three motions... abduction of the foot, i.e. rotating the tibia to point the foot outward, ankle eversion, i.e. rotating the ankle inward, and plantarflexion, i.e. pushing off with the forefoot. The arch flattened out to allow the eversion and plantarflexion a greater range of motion so as to enhance my leg's ability to absorb stress.
@singaporecrazy I wasn't born flat footed.... but i became flat footed due to my cartilage's being softer than normal.... my weight eventually pushed my feet flat footed on the ground... and the pain is horrible after alot of stress/training
i have very flat feet but i don't have any problem running, sometimes my knee hurt but idk if that might be related to my feet. Anyway should i keep running like this or should i do something about it? cause i heard that right now it's okay cause i'm young but i might suffer of joint pains in the future
@salserotlv89 i would recommend getting arch supports in your shoes. cuz it was like that for me too. i let it go and this year i developed shin splints which are very painful.
Thanks for the exercise, gonna give it a try. My knees are always under big stress because of flat feet. I think that's also the reason why I have dislocated my kneecap twice.
i have ingrown alot of ingrown toenails on each foot.... im flat flooted... I HAVE HUUUUGE BUNIONS... and im only 12... oh and i also have hammer toes... idk how i wud get all these fixed, but if anyone knows can u msg me
my dad made it through the army even with flat feet i dont know how im joining too but i have light pain in my legs sometimes....

Thanks for the video. I had been wondering what I could do to make sure my arches don't collapse, for a long time.
