Bunker busters are also not first strike weapons as they are too heavy and need slower modes of transportation. Your nuclear "first strike" weapons are your tactical missiles, generally sub-launched or, in Iran's case, ship launched...if indeed the US was going to nuke Iran first.

Which isn't going to happen...not under current circumstances.
