this is not funny,CSR work very hard in these call centers they have 2 maintain a average call time as well as satisfy the customer as well as upgrade the customer as well,if this rep was maintaining a 6 minute call average during this shift this call would of killed the average,he is giving the CSR The wrong number,I wonder if the caller could of done any better if the situation was reversed..... I had to email optimum online and my question was recieved but will be surprisingly three days for them to answer the question. My question is why after after at least fifteen years cablevision does not offer paying subscribers a local community chat board or message board? Seems onesided
