I've been doing ballet since I was 7 and I still am but now I'm going to the next level in ballet-finally and the level is pretty hard for the 14,15,16 year old ballets

personally they look pretty beginner to me. thats kinda what my studio(sacramento ballet) level 2 is like and level one is like 5 year olds. and pre ballet is like babies xD

Im started to dance ballet at the age of 20. Its never to late! You juste have to work hard. If u want to become a pro ballet dancer, I would recommend to go to dance school every day for training (if u can). Good luck starting to dance ballet! Dance on, and don't give up if u think it's hard :)

I believe the answer to "why are some in light blue and others not im confused" was done for contrast.  The instructor wants us to see each child as an individual.

i was five when i started ballet and looking at this, its not R.A.D. ive never tried I.D.T.A or I.S.D.T.

but it is NOT beginners class for sure. ive now been doing my ballet for almost 7 years and im in grade four so im certian its not R.A.D beginners.

I don't think I would do an entrelacé (or grand jeté entournant) with beginning students, but I really like the jeté exercise!
