@trip07 I just made one. You pull it on over your legs from the top, since it's one shoulder there should be enough room. That being said, you should probably make this with some stretch fabric.

I like this. I suppose if you wanted to you could opt to sew on a skirt instead of shorts and make an one shoulder dress. Very vertastile and you can embellish any way you want. Very cool.
