I have no idea how to play Go, but I love chess. But considering that 90 percent of go Pro's become such at 12 years of age it makes me think that Go isn't as complex at Dan level as chess is at GM.
Please let me apologize for my comment if it was a bit harsh. I completely agree with the concept put forward in the video. I took issue with the characterization of chess as being a game of attrition. Certainly, it can be played in such a manner but more often than not, the game may be won without regard to material balance. As I write this, I realize that my objection is a bit petty. lol I really do like the video and thank you again for sharing it.
@christopherm2k No apology necessary, but your politeness is appreciated.
I think I understand what you mean, but my Chess skills are quite primitive.
I do play Go, but my ranking is only a stone or so above the lowest level. Still, I appreciate the subtleties and complexities of what appears to be a simple child's game.
I understand what the filmmakers were trying to say, but also appreciate the challenge to their assertions.
It's an intriguing concept, but the featured speakers are somewhat remiss on their facts, with respect to Go and Western chess. It detracts somewhat from the point they are trying to make. Nevertheless, it is an artful video. Thanks for sharing it.

Love the video but the title is pure hatred. One can also ask what games are Israelnazis playing chess or go?

If you don't play Go, please consider starting.

@christopherm2k Can you add more details to your comment about the featured speakers? How, specifically, are they "remiss on their facts"?
