Because otherwise it wouldn't have credited him with a lap; he had previously crossed the finish line backwards and needed to cross it forwards twice (the first happened right before he went out of bounds)

Doesnt matter if the vid is popular or not, saying "first" doesn't give you any benefits and people dont care, if you say "Myles is so popular" maybe he deserve having comments such as "Great job as always" or "That was awesome" instead of a useless "Frekin first comment! COOOOLLL!!!!!" and be noted as spam few minutes later

omg you ignorant people! it's a tournament, as you can see, if you read the title & description. and with at least a little insight you can figure out that it's a challenge, where he obviously needs to round-a-bout the two snowmen and then finish a lap.

Myles is the best Mario Kart 64 player ever in my opinion, he has a ton of WR's and probably the person who knows the most glitches.
I think it he will humiliate the other competitors :D
