Out of 500 dollars, he should have gave atleast 150..to be fair. BUT from what i know, no matter where you go, you can play the lotto, so Uncle 2 shoudl have continued to play his numbers and not give them away. unless they made a deal where if Uncle 1 wins he has to give the money to Uncle 2...than its fair to say its Uncle 1 money, fair and square, thats just luck.
