  • It's kinda cool how the ships names are storm, thunder and lightning and they sailed together to Britain

  • My father Teodor Krol served on Blyskawica in the engine room and i've got photos of the ship in action during the war.

  • My Father severd on this ship. His rank Was warrent officer.Edmund Urbanski

  • Just btw, the present paint is a camouflage "Admiralty Light Disruptive", Błyskawica was painted this way between 1941-42, between 1943-44 it was "Admiralty Dark Disruptive".

  • Big thanks for this video my friend. Definetly ORP Błyskawica was one of the most active and bravest units of our navy, it participated in almost every campaign from Norwegian, along the French and evacuation from Dunkirk to North africa and operation "Torch", not to mention countles convoys on Atlantic and to the soviets.... Now i have one video to upload, but the next one will be a visit of President Raczkiewicz on board of this vessel.

  • nice one ,i've seen her 5*
