@davidt6789 Just nagging issues I guess. The clutch was my fault of course, the LP oil pump grenaded around 50k, went through two PCM's on warranty, three sets of siezed rear calipers in 80k miles. Never had the typical 6.0 EGR and head gasket issues though, so I was lucky in that respect. Driving an Ecoboost half-ton now. Miss the stick and the sound but otherwise very happy with the truck. Fills 90% of my needs.
Absolutely, the ZF6 tranny is bulletproof. It shifts much smoother than any Dodge NV5600/G56 that i've tried. The clutch is the weak point as with most manual trans. I can slip it easily while towing on the race tune, but a South Bend and a billet input shaft clutch would solve this. I've never had a reason to upgrade and I've never had a problem otherwise.
why the f*** cant i find a decent 6.0 stroker with a 6 speed tranny WHY? lol
