Food phobia induction is not nice. It was once said "don't drink caffeine it will stunt your growth" so people with genetics that makes them short tried to prevent turning out short without success. Heart attacks some breeds of humans are more prone to them, as other breeds are prone to arthritis. Why was it that old men who were full blown alcoholics could die comfortably at 87 years of age and women that have never drank die of breast cancer at 30? Food is fuel but you can't ignore good breeds

Eating healthy is good for you, but it's not going to cure a hiatal hernia or anything. Your body will be healthier if you eat healthier but good food isn't a miracle cure like the video would suggest.

The Naturalistic Fallacy assumes that just because something is natural it's automatically better. Just because something can be found in nature doesn't mean it's good for you, and just because something isn't doesn't make it bad for you.

Organic Food Surely helps better than cans and processed foods. And foods grown using chemicals etc carry toxic. let us hope that foods grow in natural environment that is also not hazards to the plants. What makes me worried is cloning of stuffs; look at the supermarket; every freaking oranges or apples look the same. taste the same too! I think the real food is, those you grow yourself or by neighbors at their backyard just like in old days.
