Oh hello! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my brother in law got beautiful Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
Rob i'm not using any protein bars or pills or whatever there is no steroids, no nothing. I eat around 5 meals a day. there has been improvements on my chest and shoulders but not that much yet on the guns(tricep bicep) what exercise or diet do you suggest?

@DavidnSchultz Pullovers don't hit the serratus in spite of myths. The rib cage isn't a muscle, but since people arch their spines while doing pullovers, the bend alters the angle of and space between the ribs.
I'm not sure whether or not it widens it though TBH. When we do upper breathing (TA contracts to prevent lower abdominal expansion) the rib cage expands so lungs can, so simulating that seems best.

The way you warmed up with the light weights, then additional weight, then you got into your heavy lifting, is that how you should start all exercises? Like if you are trying to to 10 to 12 reps. how many sets would you recommend to prevent overtraining, like three? would the warm ups be included? Thanks for the video! You are the best.

@mdKatsonmove well, i usually "progress" into my regular routine for every workout. the reason i do this is because A) i have a very fast metabolism and do not want to do any sort of cardio before i start training and B) its a nice way to get your blood flowing and ready to hit them hard with the heavy weights or else you could sustain a muscle injury.
I do a 5 minute stretch and begin easing into the workout with about 2 to three sets of light to medium weight. ..........
as far as sets, the number of sets varies depending on the speed of your metabolism and how many other muscle groups you are incorporating in your workout. Me i am a hardgainer and prefer to concentrate on one muscle group and hit it from all angles, so the day i do back for instance, i would do about 10 - 12 sets of about 8-10 reps per set.
i know you were asking Rob, but i thought i would give some advise, so hope this helps :)

@kampfschwimmer no one can realy tell you that mate, just go up in weight whilst keeping it in your prefered rep range. so for me my LAST set would be the max amount of weight i can push for around 8 reps, whereas my FIRST set would be max amount of weight for about 12 repititions. Thats what he means by pyramiding.

It's all about the calories. If you need more muscle mass, you gotta eat more calories than you burn a day. and then eat 2 gram protein per body kg.
So if i weight 70 kg, i need to get minimum 140 protein.
