The Day I met Chris, He was doing lines on my cousins TV and He was asking me to Jam with him.....If I was a Musician.Temple of the Dog in my Top Ten ever.
It blows my mind that you could be chillin, and then you get a call from your boy you haven't seen in a while who wants to make music with you in tribute to a mutual friend you lost. Then, as Chris said, had it happened 8 months later, it wouldn't have b/c of BUSINESS. Think about that. There would have been no Temple of the Dog, and we would have had business to blame. The world is a crazy place.
yeah thats weird i always thought eddie would turn out more commercial. theyve both kinda lost their edge though. but cmon its inevitable what are they supposed to do, i mean look at the red hot chili peppers. if every band could mature as well as they did that would just be amazing.
I would really like to hear a new album that more songs with Eddie and Chris doing lead rather than just one song like the first album. I like groups that have two lead singers like Alice in Chains, Sonic Youth, Fleetwood Mac etc.
Is Cornell beefin' with Pearl Jam or somethin'? they all used to be tight... I saw a recent (well a couple years old) "reunion" of TOTD, and Cornell just looked outta place... kinda gave Eddie the cold shoulder after Hunger Strike... anyone know?
Soundgarden... In the whole grunge family tree down to current descendants, I havent seen an album quite as jaw dropping as Soundgardens last two albums.
Not really into Chris's solo works but TOTD and Sound Garden were great bands. Too bad Temple of the Dog was only together for one album. Pearl Jam dominated the 90's with their music and continue to make wonderful music.
why r all the name of these news videos in Capital letters?

TotD had one album. It was great but it's been over 15 years. Lets just remember it for its greatness. We don't need a new album.

CANTRELL & CORNELL
They can still revive Seattle Grunge.
But I don't think they can work together. They are the Lebron & Kobe in music.

It would kick ass though, I rather have that then Alice in Chains with a shitty singer

My bad, PJ still rocks. With an STP reunion as well as this, this all sounds good.
