@krazymoutenbike I've had the msr for well over a year and just moved up to the sr last last week. There's a lot of good and bad stuff about the heli, one of the most major problem's being the tail wagging issue. The motor driven tail rotor is junk and it's in desperate need a of a belt driven variable pitch tail rotor. Be carefull, either one of these heli's fly VERY different than the msr! I've heard many people say the 450 is actually easier to fly than the sr.

Just got my Blade 450 3D. Best RTF I've flown to date. It's incredibly smooth, tracks well, and it will piro flip well out of the box once you switch to the advanced settings. Excellent job Mikal and team.

Seriously!!! When will this heli be released??? I have been waiting since FEB and getting really sick of Horizon stringing us along.

I have sent numerous emails to Horizon and the only time they responded was with the following...

"Thank you for contacting Horizon Hobby Product Support. Horizon Hobby Product Support is as in the dark about the release date as you are. Sorry."

Obviously Horizon dont know what they are doing and dont care about customers.  Sad but true.

Thank god John calmed down a lot compared to the mCP X 'review'.

The heli does not convince me though - if it was flybarless and reasonably priced I might have bought one as a successor to my mCP X.

the blade msr and the sr 120 are good for indoor.nice helis the blade cp + and the cp pro are very bad the gyro 110 is slow and can not really hold the tail stable. the blade 400 is not bad but the servos are weak and the gyro 110 same problem. i dont want this 450 its way to expensive here in europe it coasts over 400 euro so align is the better choice for that much money or KDS 450 s for half price . sorry horizon you lost a customer.

I've seen the 3D capabilites of the helicopter and i am impressed. BUT!!!......the manuevers arent smooth......its very hard to describe.......the T-rex 450 flows while the E_flite 450 goes......( hey that rymes!!!! )

OH and congrats to the mikel graham......you deserve it......i want your job

i though you guys only need mechanical and electrical engineers.....the aerospace engineering makes sence though lol

I love my old blade 400, I think E-flite is a little behind the power curve with this new 450.

Flybar systems are almost history. I would like to see a FBL system on any future heli's I plan to buy.
