You stated the pvc is rated to 260psi just so you know that is just the pipe the fittings arnt rated to any pressure at all you shouldnt take it above 50psi unless you want to die.

And the ball valve is wasting a lot of power

dude propaine gun part not a good idea from the propain bieng next to that flame is suicidal cause the propaine could flollow through the tube to the tank and have a hudge explosion

we have a valve system to prevent that... and, propane wont burn without being mixed with some amount of 0_2_ so the length of the hose further protects us from the remote possibility of excess propane being ignited.

sorry to tel lyou but you used a hell of alot of dwv fittings and dwv isnt pressure rated and has blwon up many times on people.. there is a bunch of videos of dwv explosions out there..im not saying this to be an ass but your going to get hurt because pvc tends to blow up instead of crack..so ur goign to have shards in your torso...
