My 21 year-old son attempted to kill himself twice in the past six weeks. The first time he called hisexGF and he lived. He has sliced his arms from palm to elbow with a utility blade. I found him the second time minutes from bleeding to death. With the Lords helpand AA he is getting better. This was great! Such a wonderful song. I had attempted suicide in 2009 and was angry at first that I didn't succeed. After some counseling and support from close friends and family, I am doing much better now and am so grateful it didn't work. People need to hold onto HOPE.... without it there is nothing.... He may not have experienced it. My son did and hung himself. I am sure he was so full of pain that he could not see that his death would end his pain but make his parents and brother's pain permanent. I hope you find a way not to opt for death. It is a permanent and irreversable. The pain that may be there now can change to something else.

Lol, sorry for pointing this out, I know it's a tough subject. But man, "try again" really isn't the best wording for anyone who failed suicide the first time. They shouldn't try it again, it might work the second time.

But sadly, as people in the gettho (who're mostly black ones) they're on the low side of the police resources for homicide investigations, so a good few of those numbers might be people who got "suicided" if you know what I mean. Sad, but true.

These words are so poetically spoken, "your life is in pieces, how much more can it break." What an honest and GENUINE song this is. I know many people that have died or are in life changing positions because of suicide.
