Most of the English in Canada are the descendant of street kids that lived on the streets of London. To clean the streets the authorities packed them off to Canada where they were placed in foster homes and worked the farm. The property value DOES indeed decrease when many Black families move into predominate white neighborhoods, but its not because of Blacks themselves, it because white people are vicious and unacceptable of blacks- that they move away and therefore the income of the neighborhood decreases.likewise, if nuthing but successful blcks moved into a all black neighborhood the property value would increase.

As wrong as these racial motivated opinions are, we must also remember that this was common at the time. Progress has been made, but there is still a long way to go toward human solidarity.
