I have been using other online music companys for years. These guys show true class. While i have not made a purchase from them yet. I assure you its only a matter of time. This company is like having a friend,that wants to help you. Not unload a product and move on. I just wish i had discovered them years ago. If you have never called them,or,been to there web site. Check them out. After talking to them,i felt i had at last,had a muscians friend,not like the other company.

One of the things I appreciate about Sweetwater is they use FedEx for shipping. UPS is so rough on their packages, and it actually looks like they just lost the expensive guitar I sent through them.
