  • I LOVE that your kids are jamming with you! But as a fellow instructor, I do want to point out that you don't want to raise your arms overhead until about 5 minutes in because it's easier on the HR. Keep up the great work! I really enjoy checking out your material. :)

  • That's terrific! I love the song you used with Tanya's warm up routine and you describe it very well. Thanks for the second song name...was wondering. Great job-fun to watch with you changing backgrounds like that. Love the moves you came up with in Ojos Que no Ven! This is so helpful to those of us who are lacking in choreography skills :)

  • Love it. I too have been trying to use Tanya's format but never thought of this song.

  • this is a joke?

  • Great! Thanks for sharing! I love how you filmed it so many different places!

I did a similar routine to this song in my class. Since I went to Tanya's Warmup/Cooldown class at convention, I've started playing a different warmup song each week using basic moves. But once the music starts picking up or getting faster (like in 3:05 of your video), I switch to a grapevine. After a while I do a grapevine with one knee up and after that add in arms up.
