Just simply use the unlock all songs cheat. xD Or to ACTUALLY unlock it, you need to play through co-op career. It's the encore for the 6th tier.

Well I can assure you it's not a bot. I also have it on the 360, and do around the same. With star power I can get up to 330k. I was thinking of re-recording some of my Guitar Hero vids on the 360 for proof of no bots. (Unless there's bots on the 360 too >_>)

You have to beat the level 6 songs on Co-op career. But you could just use the cheat to unlock all the songs also (that's what I did).
