I agree to a lot of comments that this song wasn't the best option for Haley. BUT BUT BUT, she still killed it. She sang it better than Alanis (I love Alanis but sorry). The judges were trying to bring her down. Oh I don't know how Scotty or lauren would sound if they sing this song LMAO

I thought she was amazing. Alanis was a good choice of artist for her. I personally thought they should have had her sing Ironic instead of You Oughta Know though. Too bad. She was the the best of the 3 by far.

Every time I watch this video, I get angry because even though I love Haley, and at the end of the day this was better than both Scotty and Lauren combined, it was not a good choice by the judges. Of course they were going to pick a grungy, angry sounding 90's rock song instead of so many other genres which, are more popular and suit her voice much better.....

I remember being in elementary school when my older sister bought Jagged Little Pill. My mom was not a fan but we all freaking loved it. We liked the songs and the lyrics we did get and we didn't understand any of the more adult lyrics until we were, surprise, more adult. Which is why I find this censored version so funny; if you feel your kid is too young to hear "go down on you" then your kid should also be to young to understand it or you have bigger problems.

She had a few problems with the verses because her voice was a little tired, but the choruses were fantastic.

She took on the hardest songs and had the "Idol moments", unlike the Top 2.

I agree they were all great, but Haley did the most to win, and she was jipped.
