As for the jackhammer, I don't think people who are interested in a car's armor are worried that while driving someone is going to run up to them with a jackhammer and generator for the hydraulics and then attempt to get into the car.

Use of standard Jack hammer will punch through armor plate with tungsten tip and then huge bucket of thermite will probably burn interior of this car and occupants.

@CBAsystems Friend, if your car is immobilized, it's game over anyways. Armoured cars aren't intended to just sit there and take an infinite amount of hits.

They are armoured so they can keep running away.

I get your point, but it's not germane to the car's purpose.

@lanz0r4tehwin Yeah it is unless engine taken out... but any group can stop rolling vehicles even a Stryker APC with chains and 8"x8" wood pilings and then just thermite any vehicle ...one doesn't need to shoot a vehicle hoping to get through... 5 gallon bucket of thermite will burn through even thickest composite armor igniting anything inside. Trick is to stop a vehicle long enough to attack it!

@CBAsystems Good point. Then we need to find someway to preventing the attackers from reaching the vehicle. Maybe some kind of projectile system. One small enough to be handled by a single person. Or perhaps a remote controlled system, mounted ontop of the vehicle.
