  • Just like those republicans. There all about protecting you up until your born, then you're on your own!

  • Hey Lawrence, Harvard graduate, Senator Moynihan’s aide, on Bill Clinton’s staff, and high level meetings in the Oval Office! Daddy worked hard to pay for your college, all those talks around the dinner table about going far, you must really be a disappointment to him, because no matter how hard you try, you will never be President! You will never even be considered for President! Ron Paul has a better chance! How does it feel to have your whole career boil down to being a liberal puppet?

  • RepubliTARDS are the more dirtiest , evil piece of shit on this planet. we need to get these Maggots off this planet , Right away !!!

  • A murderous man that considers himself pro life going to an abortion clinic to kill people, kind of hypocritical if you ask me.

  • Excuse me to write in german - I´lld like to express myself in my mothers language.

  • ok, so this nut job wants to kill a bunch of people and uses his misguided understanding of Christianity as a justification, so Christianity is at fault? he's a freakin nut job. the reality is if he wants to do ghose things, gun laws won't stop him. he's already a criminal. that's why as many people need to have the right to arm themselves to protect themselves from psychos like Ralph Lang. O'Donnell would Rather decent people be helpless in the face of evil like that.

  • Why don't you chat about the 13 people that Muslim Major Hasam killed in Fort Hood, Texas.

  • O'Donnell is exactly right on this. We gotta evolve.

  • O'Donnell is so wrong on this. Don't get me wrong, the Wisconsin GOP are scum & will soon be out of a job, but there is nothing dangerous about passing a concealed carry law. The problem here isn't guns, it's religion. Progressives should take note. The right wing is heavily armed and very disturbed. Protect yourself and your fellow citizens. Buy a gun, learn how to use it, and carry it concealed. As a progressive, I do exactly that, not just to protect myself, but others as well.

  • This guy has and will always be an ignorant. He just makes emotional appeals and spins. He uses little facts grounded in zero principle. If I want to purchase a weapon I should be allowed. If I want to conceal it on my persons...I will. Does anybody here honestly think somebody that is willing to kill somebody isn't willing to conceal it "illegally." As if somebody ready to murder isn't going to hide his weapon because he needed a permit. The left had lost the gun argument long ago.

  • @get50007 Umm I don't know if you realize that people hide guns all the time. Most people who kill people with guns tend to hide their plan unless it is an "in the moment of passion" action. You rob a bank, you hide the gun. You plan to go kill your girlfriend, you hide the gun. Gun laws at least give cops the right to prevent violance if they see someone carrying a weapon that they plan to use. EVERY journalist make emotional appeals and spins you dope. Its the nature of American sensationalism

  • @InvestigatorDave The harm is the intent of the law, pushed by a Republican party that knows that their policies are extremely unpopular and is looking at massive losses in the next election. Their only hope is to drive down voter participation.

The errors in election results that you speak of are largely attributed to tabulation errors and chain of custody gaps that allow manipulation of election results. 90% of which favor Republicans for some odd reason.

  • @freedombase So "the poor" spend all their money on Blackberries, beer, and cigarettes, is that it?

    Wow.

  • @InvestigatorDave Are you trying to tell us that there is a problem with voter fraud? If so, it's you who is presenting a false argument.

  • @Wrenchbender412i Suppose, juuuuuuuust suppose that you are right about there being no problem with voter fraud (although that would mean dead people don't vote in Chicago, and Harry Reid did not get more votes in certain NV districts than there are residents, and the same didn't happen to Al Franken in MN), why would you be against voter ID law that would prevent it from ever happening? Where's the harm?

  • @InvestigatorDave Because it excludes a majority of people from voting. Nearly half of South Carolina for instance. The ID law isn't about fraud. Look at whose pushing it and the geographical location, and the frequent reasonings of right wingers. Some have out right stated its aimed at the students, minorities, and poor. Some people can't even afford to pay the $15 for a state ID when they have other needs. Besides why aren't school ID's valid?

  • @darlagoddesshate The majority of people? Really? I'd like to see your stats and citation on that. Just speaking anecdotally, the majority of people I know have at least one form of ID. Can you support that claim?

The ID law is ALL ABOUT fraud. Despite your un-named "right wingers" who supposedly stated it is aimed at minorities and poor (can you support THAT claim?), that is not true.

School ID's are not valid becse not issued by state or fed gov'ts.

  • Larry, I have a few questions:

    1. How does Lang, who was not carrying a concealed weapon, fit into this argument?

    2. In what state can one purchase an automatic weapon, as you fear can happen? I am unaware of that statute in any state.

  • Per Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel: "The bill approved 3-2 by the Senate Judiciary Committee would allow state residents 21 and older to carry concealed weapons as long as they weren't felons or otherwise barred from possessing firearms. Guns could be carried most places but would be banned from schools, law enforcement offices, jails, prisons and courthouses."

Note to Larry: Not just "anyone" can carry. Also, legislature creates and passes laws. So far not a law.

  • Stochastic terrorism thrives on the false rationality of man, but call it what it is, those lawmakers are endorsing terrorism. Any hate radio hack can cook up the popcorn until a kernel or two grabs their gun and pops off. But like the brownshirts, the violence is a denial arms length phenomenon of the right wing, and stochastic terrorism does not exist.

  • @freedombase Voter ID laws are intended to suppress the vote of minorities, the poor, and the elderly. That's the only reason Republicans are pushing them.

  • @getplaning In my state, the DMV is the place where one goes to get both a driver's license and/or a state ID. Are you telling me that minorities, the poor, and the elderly are prevented from getting a state ID? That's not what I saw there. You know, another form of ID that would be accepted is a U.S. Passport. I got my first one in-person at the State Dept. office here. In line with me were minorities and elderly (cannot attest to anyone's financial situation though). You: false argument.

  • I'm going to go take a bunch of guns and shoot up into the air at God for killing over half of all fertilized human eggs, before they can even be considered miscarriages. have a nice rot Ralphy, keep those pillows over your ears.
