  • A real businessman, cutting through the bureaucratic red tape at Chrysler forcing them to innovate. Compare this to what we see today; Pirates in expensive suits manipulating markets that are dominated by their government protectted. cartels with the Wall Street/Banksters sitting atop the pyramid, plundering Americans into impoverishment. I guess we enabled it though, didn't we.

  • Thanks for this posting.

  • Mr. Norm is a Bad-Ass!!!

  • Great video. Thanks for uploading

  • Sounds to me like Dodge's engineers were either really uninspired or all the engineers that designed the HEMI were fired immediately or took a massive vacation.

If a dealership's modders were able to do something a big company said isn't possible, that kinda speaks volumes about the motivation of the engineers.

That stock Dart's hood/whole car looks very cool thought.

  • great 1st person account! thank you.

  • The 1st GSS was indeed a '67 . It was a 170-powered GT ; a complete 325hp 383 drivetrain from a '66 Coronet was installed including its 8.75" rear unmodified . For the complete story on the '67 GSS , look for Car Craft's February '67 issue ( iirc , that's the issue the story's in ... ) .

Cool interview ; cool video ! Thanks for sharing !
