The one good thing about Ryan's budget proposal is that it will put a lot of right wingers out of thier jobs and homes. They'll have to move in with the kids who won't have jobs either. Many will die from lack of proper affordable health care. I'm all for that.

The ONLY way to bring jobs back to America is to lower the minimum wage to $2/hr.
This is the only way we can compete with China. Paul Ryan and my fellow republicans need to act on this now. Employers also should not have to carry the burdern of paying for health care either. Go get em Paul!

The GOP attacks the Dems, the Dems blame it on the GOP....and it seems everyone is purposefully ignoring the men who foresaw this and have answers, Peter Schiff and Ron Paul...somebody grill these corrupt bastards as to why they won't address the cause!!!

I had thought I was a democrat. I voted for Obama. Then, upon seeing his actions, a continuation and worsening of Bush, I became a libertarian. Our country was NOT set up to have cradle to grave entitlements, was NOT set up to have gov't interference in our lives. Obama is hurting our country. I can't believe he has so many followers.

Congratulations on waking up! I was a conservative at birth and I am so happy to see the Republicans rebounding and getting back to the basics. Republicans sort of lost their way because they were in power for so long (until 2006). Paul Ryan is the future of the party. The Republicans have many young power players, but the Dems don't. I think the idea that the Republicans will die is just untrue, we are positioned better for the future, than the Democrats.

Republicans were massively damaged by Bush who is a neocon and the party still has problem with neocons. People need to look up what a neocon is. The neocons destroyed the Republican party and America from within. You need to identify these people and DESTROY them.
Americans must get very active in politics right now, we are in the bottom of the 11th hour. Local politics is more important than ever. You have got to get control of your state and push them HARD on the tenth amendment.

Another major impediment is the religious right. With them you can't win, without them you can't win. They are too dogmatic to give any easing on certain issues and they are posed to lose the fight entirely because of it. Actually, they already did lose the fight. I am not pro-abortion but I know that you can not entirely cut off the right to decide and get majority support for it. Just focus on late term abortions, that case is a winner, beyond that you lose consistantly.

Another lost fight is the war on drugs. The neocons waged this war and have lost on the arguments consistently. People just aren't buying the hypocrisy and lies anymore.
Get distance from Bush, as much as you possibly can, the man is the plague. I supported the war and was wrong for it, very very wrong. We must stop supporting Israel and we must leave the middle-east alone. That only happens with energy independence. Beyond that stop buying the terrible lies that keep us in this war on terror.

I agree, I strongly urge people to either go Libertarian or push their Republican reps in that direction. It's the only thing that is going to save the party if it can be saved at all. There will be very clear distinctions that Libertarian Republicans can point to for when people are ready to hit the booth again.
