I've seen instructional vids and some more stuff from this guy and he paints amazingly realistic but i must say that's the worst Iron man i've seen :Dt the concept just sux

@ServeTheBeaver well..."how"... Iron man is a dude in an exo suit right? He is a great engeneer and inventor and he created that robotic thing in order to do good and so on. The problem with Giancola's piece here is that his Iron Man looks organic, looks kinda like the Silver Surfer or smth. And he is supposed to be built out of solid parts-like these Transformer robots. The concept in the movie IM is awesome for example but this one here doesnt mach the idea of IM..imo ofc :)

@immortaliserwow Alright, I can see that. Dan's pretty good at doing reflections and he probably just got carried away with the whole flesh theme. As a severe Marvel fan, I'm surprised I didn't catch that myself.

@ServeTheBeaver haha no i had not, but i googled them..omgosh :D U've got a point here haha but he is a real master i am not even comparing him to those doodles , i can do better than them tbh :P Giancola is great though and i am glad he has such well-mannerd admirers like yourself and we didnt fall into a fight as it happens in most cases online :P All the best
