Ive seen canadian and british, and maybe australian, soldiers wear this in Afghanistan or iraq which is what dumbfounds me. Stationed in various places, but unless theyre fighting theres no need for a helmet at all, let alone one cammied up.

and of course everyone in deployment or even jus in training exercise will have a helmet on,helmets not just for fighting, just because a signals officer or a vehicle technician isint in the front lines every army will still provide them with saftey equipment i.e helmets. you kind of arguing against rules and facts.

What my point essentially is, is that a bit of camo on the helmet wont make you any less visible. it wont help if your on a patrol or the obstacle course. its unnecessary.

dude you guys... its not the explosion that matters in a grenade.... its about how much frag it can deliver. twisted hot metal through your body is what kills you. smaller the better. its really hard to get blown to pieces... maybe itll happen if you lay on top of it. otherwise it just makes you into swiss

the M67 grenade (CF grenade) is only 1 lbs. so if you like, you could (technically) pitch it over hand. I would if I was throwing for distance or into a window.
