Delphine Galou is one of my favorite contraltos. I tried doing research on this this opera but I couldn't find the synopsis. I want to learn this in countertenor voice.

Tienes toda la razón. Los amantes de la música barroca estamos hastos de aguantar escenografías obcenas o cuasi-pornográficas, con la falsa razón de que son mas comerciales. En el caso de Handel, no hay ni una sola grabación en DVD que merezca la pena.

Hey, I'd like to know where you got this video from. Because this doesn't look like someone took it secretly. The lighting is different and there are additional microphones on the stage! Is it possible that this is part of the (planned but turned down) DVD production or the recordings which the SWR Baden-Baden made?

@asisecanta It took place in Karlsruhe. I loved the staging too. Not to mention Delphine Galou and Kirsten Blaise's wonderful voices, techniques and stage presence.

They are resuming this production in Staatstheater Karlsruhe in Feb 2010, again with *Delphine Galou* as Zenobia. I`ve already bought my ticket.
