@HarleyDavidsonFever Overeem is a shit fighter he only moved to heavyweight because he kept losing, he even admitted it himself. he lost against lil nog twice in a row he lost against shogun rua and he lost against fabricio werdum who is the same guy JDS knocked out. JDS is on a completely different league to him, the UFC made alistair fight brock first to build a bigger hype round him before hit title shot against JDS so that theres more pay-per-views.

Overeem is getting powerful now.
JDS is also getting better as well.
it's 50/50.
JDS did loss once so he's not undefeated.
Overeem losses quite a lot too, so he also not undefeated, but they aren't the same fighters anymore like back early years.
like Goku, he losses a few times, but was still the best in DBZ.

JDS has never face a striker like Overeem, and we're not talking about weak version of Overeem in Pride, it's the new big bad Overeem that was super strong now.

people who say he used to get knocked out or this or that, Reem isnt the same. He has gotten better in every single area, bigger, stronger. I dont see how Punches defeats, punches,kicks,knees,elbows, that brutal clinch. I'll tell you this, JDS isnt underestimating Overeem like most haters out there. Overeem is no joke, and he, in my opinion will prove it. JDS might be the best boxer, but reems hands are solid and his kickboxing is above and beyond better. will be a great fight and I cant wait!

@Vikktor676 when he was shying from punches,he was at 205,drained,and 4 yrs into his career.people tend to forget how amazing it is to train for 4 years and then fight guys such as,chuck liddell,or shogun rua.He has been blasted in mma fights since,& in k1 fights,and he walked right through them, his chin isn't glass I assure you.Honestly I use to believe it was also.Jds got tagged against roy nelson even tho he won easily, Roy was catching him, with less than stellar striking.

@mrJoe8423 yea there is no shame in badr hari knocking you out but no matter how you slice it werdum still outstroke alistair overeem and werdum was playing it smart because he knows overeem has knockout power if your fighting someone and you know they can knock you out with 1 punch even if you win a few striking exchanges would you really be dumb enough to just stand up and strike with that person the whole time or would you try other things that your good at?
