OVW is now a feader company for the WWE. Basically the WWE take the OVW guys they like, sign them to WWE developmental contracts and send them to Florida where as before they would stay in OVW to be trained through their time in developmental. Seems like they could have saved more money by keeping OVW as their developmental company.
