I watched iPsycho, and they did not wear these clothes.

Well, I'll give my guess. I think this might be a scene from "iCan't Take It."

I mean, Nora is .. crazy, so maybe she was in the same hospital as Sam intern herself in iLost My Mind.

And in iCan't Take It, maybe they were trying to make the chip in Freddie's head stop working. To Mrs. Benson could not track it. Maybe he wanted some time alone with Sam.

Actually, it isn't. It's called iStill Psycho and is a sequel to iPsycho (the one with the freaky chick named Nora). The set is of her house; you can tell by the furnishings and just general set up of everything itself. :)
