    Three Steps:

    Step I. Change your diet if it is not good. We suggest no or less cheese and butter.

    Step II. Drink and eat this green tea.

    Drink the tea, or just sprinkle the tea powder (from tea bag) or the loose tea on food (salad) to eat it raw. Consume as more as one can (1-4 bags a day).
