yeah i know how to take it apart, but i cant ever get it "clean", i dont have lens tissue, i just have a micro fiber cloth. it leaves a shit load of fibers and then i get pissed and try again. so yeah....

im not sure but a common way to do it is buy some glass filters at like best buy or whatever and break out the glass so its just the ring

no, the mk2 is not very wide, if you don't have the money for a mk1 bayo, mod a mk2 is the best way

yeah it adds a tiny bit more protection from lens hits and the lens covers wont fit if its not on. It's kind of loose thought so i might take it off sometime

hey i have a question, to get a fisheye that fits a camera do you have to match up the thread size on the camera and fisheye for it to fit?

yeah but a lot of times the fisheye won't be the exact same size so you would have to get a step up/down ring.

i had a baby death with my first setup and i sware the front element was glued on. i tried my hardest to twist the ring off and it wouldnt budge...

if you get a raynox mod it. look on youtube for a tutorial. If i were you i would get a mk2 and it should fit on 2100 unless its a bayomount for a GL2 or something
