  • such a beautiful place,i hope to visit one day. how expensive is it from america to beijing?

  • Está claro que China est´ña creciendo en todos los sentidos y hoy día es ya un claro referente turístico.

  • Rule of thumb of Travelers, "stay away from Tourists!". lol It's the same anywhere around the world. I just hate those artificial, commercialized tourist attractions. If you wonder why all the places you go to look better in postcards, that's because they don't have a huge crowd of people in them.

  • 14 dislike?? Crazy!!!

  • Beijing seems like a very nice city. I want to visit it some day. Please have a look at my new video!

  • Beijing suck.

  • @DrMMHMD Now I understand. Thank you so much

  • @DrMMHMD thank you for the explanation. What do they speak?

  • Wandering about Beijing is like.. concrete.. concrete. concrete. cop. concrete. concrete. forbidden city. concrete. cop. cop. concrete. thousands of people in one sqare meter. concrete. too much yellow people talking chinese. concrete. cop. cop. concrete. concrete. concrete. Tchien-an-men sqare. concrete. bike. bike. bike. concrete. bike. concrete. smog. smog. concrete. smog. cop. bike. smog. concrete.

  • We had a great time, food was great and cheap. However, It was clear that not everybody speaks Mandarin. When we were there, we ran into many problems with communication and our guide speaks fluent Mandarin. Did anyone else notice this? Nevertheless, the Chinese are friendly and a great place to visit.

  • Very odd way of comparing western and asian architecture, showing a scene from new york or something and then an old classical building in china..

Western architecture rarely favored height a thousand years ago. And tall amazing skyscrapers are more common in china these days than in many other countries in the west.

I'd say we all favor height today.

  • @Baleur Western architecture is different and isn't really a thing to compare because sigh. it's like comparing apples to oranges. But there are many cool looking Retro designs from the west. Especially the post war homes which looked really nice and some of the crazy looking architecture from the 50s and 60s as well as the 1970's style skyscrapers. Oh and don't forget the look and feel of the post offices with that smell of paper and packaging.

  • TRY TO RESPECT OTHER COUNTRY IF YOU WANT THEM TO RESPECT YOU

  • nice :-) maybe next stop hong kong?

  • china has 3 beauties

    1-girls

    2-nature

    3-panda

  • Shit city, what else is there t say about it??

Huge sanity problem, dumb people, lack of manners, extreme pollution etc...

  • @DemocracynowChina : you bull shit

  • @yusan2009shanghai The whole China = Bullshit :)

    FACT

In fact, China is the SUPERPOWER OF THE BEGGARS

The average wage in China is 4 500 US $, the average wage in USA is 47 000 US $ :)

    10 times as much :)

  • @DemocracynowChina China is polluted because to support you spoiled Americans, without China you guys have shit. Talking about manners you guys don't even respect the people that makes your luxuries. Seriously USA has became too cocky, USA only have bean the super power for a century. China =4000 years of super power so don't you mess with the elders, learn to respect first before it's too late. Talking about dump people we have higher and the highest Iq in Hong Kong= China

  • Comment removed

  • @Guyinurshado um i was wondering how america is cocky? Some people are which they are aholes. I believe that everyone judges americans as one person. You dont know every american so don't assume all of america is cocky.

  • @chorkielover45

We don't know every American, but often the loudest and most obnoxious ones that get the most attention and unfortunately they represent you, and will continue to until you shut them the fuck up. Have a good day.

  • @visser608 <3 to China From Pakistan :) ........ and A Kick On Ass to this WHITE SHIT ........ With Love & Peace :))

  • @visser608 dude... first china hasent bin a "super power" for 4000 years if you count the 10 most powerful cunties in the world as super spwers.Hong Kong is ritch and lises up to "westens standers" becuese it wasent part of china till resently when the cummunist goverment toke it and thay dont have the hightest iq isrel dose. The us makes allmost all of the high tec stuff and it suff, Apple, HP,Intel just to name a few. Thay do it thru there companes not thur the goverment.

  • @visser608 I agree about everything that you said except the last part. There is no valid proof for this statement. Fact is that because children study more they get better grades, so they are more successful. Also i believe that we should all come to peace with each other. Who agrees?

  • @visser608 China=4000. Go fuck your uncle, you unclefucker. Highest IQ is here in MOngolia.

  • @visser608 IQ is culturally relative. The Polish during WWII had a lower IQ than they do now. It's not genetic, it's psychological. Also, who blames China for being polluted? I agree we must blame consumers who pass the savings onto ourselves and the problems onto China.

  • @visser608 i agree with you. I know my contry is compleatly ungrateful.

  • @visser608 Wow seriously? You need to stop comparing every person in america. Not all Americans are like that. Just because one ahole says something doesn't mean that you should said that about everyone. maybe your the one that needs to learn respect. We and try to help out other countries as much as we can, so how does that make everyone of us spoiled. People die in america everyday just like everywhere else. Sure china should be respected but so should every other country. Calm the fuck down.

  • @visser608 First of all, I came in here to watch a fucking video about Bejing to see what's inside of the capital, Then i find some fagot who got top comment by talking about the U.S.A as a spoiled individual. Notice how i said individual. The U.S isn't a fucking person moron, it's a country that consists of millions of people from different nationalities including a large portion Chinese. Learn what the fuck you are talking about before you open your hole.

  • @tehatemachine

So judgment for this guy but not for your countrymen? I see hypocrisy is also a common trait.

  • @BrothaBoss putting words into peoples mouths seems to be your trait since you could not find a weak point in my statement.

  • @tehatemachine

    That's pretty weak yo.

  • @visser608 I'm sorry that someone offended you and disrespected what I'm assumingi your home country. I promise you that not all Americans are ignorant, uncultured, imperialist elitists like the one you responded to. I apologize.

  • this is a nice little introduction video to china, but i saw very little beijing in here. I clicked on the video to find out more about beijing (not china in general), so i was disappointed with it. please change the title if it's not too late to do so

  • nice useless/obvious fact in the begining there :)

  • actually, cantonese IS a dialect of Mandarin, cantonese is just so popular it seems like a totally different languange belonging to a totally separate group of people when it actually branches from Mandarin.

  • Beijing is so epic.

  • We're going to Beijing Tomorrow :)

  • @jhayzei07

Going to China? You'd better pack enough foods and water along all the way from your country

  • what a buunch of dumbasses. they can't even research properly for their work. HAHAHAH

  • @PinkSkiiTtLeZzYoanNa Go back to eat your shit-like pickles! you were no more than a vassal state of China.

  • @liuweisiggi very informative *rolls eyes* moron..go to school to learn how to not be such an ignorant ass

  • Mandarin is not a dialect, it was created based on Beijing dialect~ Cantonese is dialect. In China, there are many dialects, that's why we have to learn Mandarin at school~

  • welcome to learn Chinese with our school

  • I want to go there !!

  • Wait .. since when is Cantonese a dialect of Mandarin.

  • @Centredge It is since Americans don't understand the difference between a language and a dialect. Also, they're confused by written Chinese being similar for all the Sinitic languages. Also, most non-Asian Americans don't know any Chinese people nor do they see them on television. The rest of us know that Cantonese or Wu are about as much of a 'dialect' of Putonghua [Mandarin] as Swedish is a dialect of French. Also, Murkins be's stupit. They can read that last sentence, LOL!

  • @Centredge Cantonese writing is the same as Mandarin, there is no proper writing for Cantonese, there are no differences. Therefor since Mandarin is the official language of PRC and Cantonese only a recognized one it's considered that one is a dialect of the other. A dialect is basically a language without a writing system of it's own...check dialect on Wikipedia, you'll understand what I mean.

  • @Centredge

Yep - Cantonese is NOT a dialect of Mandarin!!

  • Since always. Look up the definition of dialect. It has 2 primary meanings. You're thinking of the first. Here's the second:

The other usage refers to a language socially subordinate to a regional or national standard language, often historically cognate to the standard, but not a variety of it or in any other sense derived from it.

  • Want to visit there someday!

  • -sigh- Stop bashing, every country has its negatives.Bashing just makes you seem narrow minded and arrogant. It's still a beautiful and culturally rich place. I loved this place when I visited (:. I really hope to go back again.

  • I love Chinese culture (i'm Chinese), but i would like the PRC to care more about ppl... Then the poors can live better, and no more worries when eating egg, drinking milk powder etc.

  • Beijng is a beautiful city with many historical wonders, ex. Great Wall, temple of Heavens, Tian An' Men Square etc. As for its pollution i'd say it's quite alright. The U.S tends not to measure the entire city's air quality but only parts of the city that demonstrates the most pollution, so is to show that beijing is indeed a polluted city. All political propaganda. There is not one developed country in the world that has not undergone pollution. Take Pittsburg in the U.S.

  • @pkqsdaibo Air and water pollution in China is NOT a political propaganda. It is a report from WHO investigation.More than 70% of crop-field are contaminatied by chemical waste from the factories that has no saftey standard as we have in advanced countries.More than 80% of groundwater is polluted and it`s not drinkable for foreigners.Every yr more than 7 mlln Chinese are died by water borne diseases and more than 10 mlln Chinese are died by respiratory diseases by polluted air. These are a fact.

  • @giranful The crude mortality rate in china is 6.42 per 1000 people in 2010. Do the math. This works out to be 8,609,220 deaths per year, CRUDE. Including natural death of old age, accidents, and everything else combined. Your bullshit facts came straight out of your ass. If you don't know what you're talking about, shut the fuck up - It makes you look stupid.

  • @NoobsAreUsh U r illiterate.China is a communist country which can hide any info at their advantage. What I said above was a info from WHO official report.Do the math?haha..it is You stupid Chinks has to do a math, you bullshitter.According to Journalists without bourders China`s news clarity is the 8th from the worst in the world. That`s b/c govt can manipulate and control any info into a lie.China just announced their traffic fatality rate almost 50% less than it really happened.Bunch of Liars

  • @giranful The data I got wasn't from China, it was from Unicef, you moron. WHO also gave similar statistics, which I've just checked. If you don't know what you're talking about, shut the fuck up.

  • @NoobsAreUsh If you like China and want to advocate it, why don't you use data from Chinese government? WHO or UNICEF has the info reported from China but they have their own info based on their investigation which is more reliable. China has more than 200 million ppl who has no registration and mortality rate of those gutter ppl are not in their official data. You are such a moron only can believe outward numbers. It is you who are ignorant of what you are talking about.

  • @giranful I honestly can't read Chinese, so I that rules out getting info from a Chinese site. Besides, you'd just complain about how it's biased and "communism" data. WHO and UNICEF reports the numbers they gathered and compiled, not from anyone else - they're different from wikipedia. You can believe what you want to believe, but that makes you ignorant and stupid, so enjoy being stuck in your little xenophobic world (:

  • @NoobsAreUsh I can read Chinese so I can compare the falsified data from Chinese govt and data examined by WHO. I didn't get my data from wikipedia but from the reliable documents, and wikipedia often quotes data from these reliable reserch documents. You cannot read Chinese then how can you rationally compare the datas? I don't believe what I want to believe. It is you who believes what you want and trying to be ignorant and stupid. China is a much more miserable country than you think.

  • @giranful I thought you said Chinese data was falsified and couldn't be trusted? I got my data from WHO and UNICEF, so what's the problem here? Are you retarded?

  • @NoobsAreUsh Are you retarded? I said Chinese data is falsified and cannot be trusted and I can read Chinese so I can compare their lying info to WHO's data which is more trustworthy. So I can read both of their data and can see how Chinks are falsifying facts. Hello, can you even read English? lol

You better read ppl's comments more carefully so that you could avoid unnecessary embarrassment on yourself. You stupid Chinks are always like that...Learn how to read alphabet lol.

  • @giranful It seems that you think of yourself master of China that you know each and everything about China just because you can read Chinese! But you don't know that if all people in this world who can read Chinese and English both just spit on you for once you will be drown in their sputum, and the majority of them love China.

  • @XDJ87 If the majority of them love China as you claimed, why a famous CNN commentator said that Chinese has been little dirty thieves since the start of 20th century? Why the famous hollywood actress commented Schzuan earthquake was a divine punishment? Why the majority of news sources in Japan and Korea always report negative news of China? Same as the news in France, Germany or Italy. They basically hate Chinks. That's why they hardly chose any Chinks as a Nobel laureate.Sank lol

  • @giranful "a famous CNN commentator" is just A humanbeing who might have just read a few things about China or at most been to China a couple of times like you, he is as disqualified as you are to comment on the whole China basing on insufficient data."the famous hollywood actress"is purely and simply AN ACTRESS and she apologized in the end! And you have no idea what the histories between China and Japan and Korea have been like, so how about you do some further study and then speak?

  • @XDJ87 Whether this actress apologized or not doesn't matter. The point is her comment was from her honest self.Of course she had to apologize later b/c many Chinks in the US are about to throw shit on her but that's how ppl in the developed nations view China.CNN commentator is one of the top-educated in the US and what he said was the fact as well.He spoke it for the entire Americans. An uneducated Indian like you just can't see these facts behind the scene..So how about go back to your school?

  • @giranful wow wow wow, almost forgot about you old man! Well enough of your shallowness, lost interest in you! Boring!

  • @XDJ87 So..you have nothing to reply to me. Is that your limit of puny uneducated Indian brain? Very sad huh? very sad...lol Your uneducated brain is as boring as Chink's...loser

  • @giranful and by the way how much Chinese do you know after all? and how much do you know about China? It is so ridiculous and rude of you to put your finger on this country and all the people of this country!!! How about you save yourself from these unnecessary embarrasment?and here's the suggestion:being stupid is not your fault, but showing it to the whole world is definitedly your own mistake!!!

  • @XDJ87 First of all..who said I think of myself master of China?I am just one of mllns of ppl who hates China b/c of the cunning, lying nature of Chinks and filthy, polluted living standard of China. How much do I know about China?Lots of.I've been to China many times on business for many yrs. Each times I was disgusted by the dirty smog covered over every cities I went, terrible food loaded with MSG on a cheap, dirty dishes, smelly ppl on a dirty street who seldom have a bath. It's same as India.

  • @giranful And first of all, since you are not a master of China, how dare you say it with such a cetain attitude that Chinese people have a cunning and lying nature and a polluted living standard?? and second, going to china for business just make you know SOMETHING aobut China, not "LOTS OF"! ok "for many years", how many? 10? 20?and how much time did you actually spend there, how much have you actually tried to know the things there?so stop commenting if you're not qualified enough for that!

  • @XDJ87 I know lots of things about China b/c I've been there at least more than 80 times on business for more than 20 yrs. The total times I spent there were countless. Besides, my colleagues also go there and update me while I take a 'rest' of going that filthy country. At least what I say about China is much more accurate than your ignorant barking..How much have you gone there? 10? 20? how much time did you actually spent there? Do you have a third person's update who actually go there?Kido.

  • @giranful Troll harder fag.

  • I would love to retire in China, learn the language and the culture, it's a dream ...

  • @louisphilippegilles Do you want to be watched all the time by the authority and when you say anything about freedom of speech they will either deport or imprison you.Is that what you want?Highest death penalty, torture is legal, police is called "security authority" having a right to kill ppl without legal procedure, common ppl are always trying to steal even one more penny out of foreigner`s pocket.Food is trashy and often poisoned, water is contaminated and scarce, air is polluted. That`s China

  • @giranful Hi! I presume you have seen first hand the conditions you have mentionned, if so, I will take your word for it.

If you have not experienced yourself these conditions and it is only what you have gather from earsay than, it is a very different story.

There is always two sides to a coin, I would love to go there and see for myself China and its people.

I live in Canada and I know it is not perfect here.

I seen the USA and also, it is far from perfect and it is not getting any better.

  • @louisphilippegilles You are just a curious person wants to see the "world". I have been to China many times ( Beijing, Shanghai, Hongkong etc) for business also been to Canada several times but I must say Canada is a much better country than China ( safty, Cleanliness, quality of life, etc). It`s not even a comparison. I don`t know what you meant "perfect" but I willsay you will disappoint going to China just looking for "perfect" country.China has more poverty & injustice than Canada.

  • @giranful Someone has sand up their ass.

  • 好像回国啊。

    如果中国共产党真的能够正确领导,为了国民而努力,我相信中国人应该是幸福的。

    但是现在还是有很多问题的,希望党中央能够努力,建设祖国。

  • I like the capital of china Beijing very much and want to visit there.

  • I don't think you guys captured this footage yourself

  • Seems nice place to visit!

  • aha penis

  • Visiting China must be a great experience. however I've got some other trip priorities before going there. Greetings from Mexico.

  • Potala Palace and Lhasa is not China, it's Tibet, which the Chinese gov't has forcefully and brutally occupied. And while I absolutely agree that travel in China may offer some great experiences, anybody visiting should be aware that they're indirectly supporting an evil regime which will continue to not only torture and brainwash its own people but also occupy previously independent states and bully other nearby countries.

  • @uslambo182 its sad but you have to remember two things. one, its 2.5 minute vid so not many people really care about that part. two being that if there was a way China would let Tibet be Tibet like they do Hongkong and Macau then it would be AWESOME but alas it will have to wait.

  • @lilblake90

so what that it's a 2min video, doesn't mean people can be ignorant about it. And there's nothing to really wait for, cause the Chinese govt is successfully destroying Tibet and it's culture every day while dumbo tourists are bumping into each other and snapping pictures, not able to see that their acceptance of this and other atrocities by the Chinese gov't just makes the situation go on...

  • @uslambo182 Why do you focus only on Tibet? What about the Uyghur? They have the same status as Tibet but no one makes a big deal about them?

  • @lilblake90 Absolutely true. Even the neighboring, independent countries get constantly bullied by China's govt.

  • @uslambo182 i've heard Pakistan doesn't seem to have a problem with China. For the most part it stays out of people's hair (supposedly)

  • Beijing? Yea there was alot of instructions about how to make the most of that city in this video.

  • visiting china next week

  • It is fortunate that you guys can't be arrested for horrible spelling.

    Or, can you?

  • I hate Beijing... Shanghai is about a million times better. Beijing is just a grey sky, annoyingly humid weather and a Great Wall no-one can be bothered to climb.

  • @ReshiROM1 idiot. lol

  • @pprocon my opinion. lol. IMO Beijing is lame, you should respect that. Not like I'm hating on your fap material anyway.

  • @ReshiROM1 i didn't say that Beijing is not lame. i was just saying you look like a idiot on that pst

  • I love giant Panda!!!

  • Mandarin is the dialect in Beijing. Cantonese is also a dialect of Chinese but not of Mandarin

  • @hby1990 no beijing has its own BEIJING DIALECT....

  • @hby1990 Mandarin was created based on Beijing Dialect.....Beijing Dialect is not easy to understand...

  • @hby1990 Mandarin is the national language.

  • @hby1990

Well what did you expect of those dumb americans when they even need a reminder that China "is located on the opposite side of the world from the usa"...

  • @Chinastar85 Another thing you don't see in the news about china they have no Saftey Regulations in factories, nor human rights to speak of. They have no laws against unlawful police burtality, they have no laws against enviormental polution, they fund our 3 greatest enemies and wounder why we really do not like them and refuse to sign a perminate peace treaty with them? Gee let me think really hard upon that? The chinse commit genocide yet try to cover it up They comit warcrimes and do the same

  • @Chinastar85 One thing you won't find in this tour guide is how the PLA funds the NK Army, and how their SAM6 and Sam7 Russian SAM systems are now found all over the middle east. Cute. You see how their politics how they wish to change a contries name from Tiwan to Tipei to which they have no legal right. That is our ally and our guns and weapons are far supperior to yours. If the Japanese can steam roll you with out any effort and we defeated Japan imagine if youw ill what we can do to you?

  • @privateer013 it's just a 2.5-minute tour guide. "Governist"! stop bitching like a slut. jeuzzzzzzz

  • @pprocon protecting your boyfriend faggot? what I said was a month ago and you hve to read back 3 pages to see what I said. Sounds to me like your finding a reason to bitch to me. Do me a favor faggot go back to sucking your dictactors dick. It's what your kind are good for anyway.

  • @Chinastar85 "No wonder turkey is so gay. Their founder was gay." your a hypocrite towards others and anything but deomocratic. You view we all wish to break your country into peaces. Um no we want your paws out of our buisness, out of our economy to which you have no legal, moral, ethical right to. Your country forced itself into the 5 perminate seating members of the UN in last september 2010. My is that view you guys are courrupt and shouldn't have any say in our buisness at all.

  • @Chinastar85 why shouldn't I be allowed to jude something in my own mind as harsh as I so wish? I've been to Shanghai and had a PLA faggot point a Ak110 in my face for being an american. I've been to HK in 2006-2007 and 2008 to only be treated with distain. I"ve seen your country use people like slaves. I've seen your country abuse others and have a lack of civil rights or any rights for that matter. I've watched your country put melanine in cat food and try to harm my pet and lie about it.

  • mandarin is the most popular language, and it has many dialects. I think they meant to say the chinese language has many dialects, mandarin being the most popular (it's actually the official dialect), and cantonese is another. Cantonese is not another language because the writings are exactly the same as Mandarin, therefore, both are dialects, but the government declared Mandarin to be the official dialect, and everyone has to learn it.

  • 0:55 is amazing! please tell me where it is ^^

  • @pakjai Crescent lake of Gobi

  • @doomxyz Doomxyz!! Thank you =)

  • @pakjai Better if u search the chinese name, Mingsha shan (the sand dune next to it), Yueya quan (the lake)

  • what a beautiful country, thanks for this video post it is really well put together.

  • 1:13 i love she!!! so beautiful......!

  • I wonder why people call todays chinese "mandarin" .... Mandarins were traders and economs who lived in china looong ago and they developed languged which they could communicate with, the language was made to cover the needs of economical communication... nothing to do with todays chinese..

  • ...with varied weather such as summer winds, northern winds and monsoon winds.

  • When you come to Beijing ,you need some help for you?

Airport transfer service from Beijing Capital Airport to your downrown hotel or residential area in Beijing.Arrange hotel or apartment for you, other help for you according your request

  • Have you seen Resort Vacation Gateway?

  • I must say that Beijing has the worst air quality I have ever experienced. I think their GMO and terrible food with MSG and terrible oil, never mind the lousy eggs. I think Canadian air quality is far cleaner.

  • @doubleestark Go ahead and keep living in your bubble, let the real people do their traveling. :)
