  • Прием в Самбо называется - Ущемление бицепса.Здесь партнер сам отпускает левую руку и облегчает задачу атакующему,а при роспуске захвата надо делать более мощный прием - рычаг локтя.

  • I think his shorts got him in the Nut Crush Submission

  • what are those gloves you guys are wearing?

    is it for wrist support???

  • bro this is legit keep doin these vids

  • I call mine "Death" and "Destruction" :D

  • @berner Nice, i like it!

  • whats the music in the back ground?

  • @togoler51 ' Melting point of wax' by Thrice

  • @psykojojo okay thank you dude

  • bigger bicep bigger hurt right

  • @togoler51 lol...sure why not. It also puts major pressure on the elbow and I think those are pretty standard in size

  • is that billy mayes at the beginning???

  • bicep crushers really hurt lol..

  • @giantmidget3 lol...yeah they suck, calf slicers are bad too

  • me being a smaller guy it worked for me perfectly i roll with guys 10 to 15 lbs bigger than myself i go for armbars and thats the first thing they do lol is grasp their hands and the bicep crush is the best counter for a heavier opponent thnking they safe relying on their strength to save them....... love that move "the bicep crush"

  • What is the escape if you are in this?

  • Nice move? But my question is as you pushed of his body, if he bridges fast and if he's double-jointed. Can that moved turned against you.

  • @powertoachieve Thanks for watching brother! Actually I don't push off the hip everytime, I usually hit this as they are reacting to the armbar. But it's also important to remember anything can turn against you, theres always a counter to a counter to a counter....

  • How easy is this to apply on your opponent in a grappling contest or an mma fight?

  • @Svittidiu Thanks for watching brother! I hit this ALL the time from all kinds of positions, once you understand the technique of it you'll see it in many positions

  • sorry for double commenting but what would happen if the person having his bicep crunched doesn't tap? muscle damage or bone ?

  • @northifyable THanks for watching brother! No, once your locked up in this your arm is isolated and your not going anywhere. The damage is mostly the joint in the elbow, but theres also some bad pain/pressure in the bicep

  • correct me if I'm wrong but can't you simply defend the crush by rolling up on your side and walking your hips out as your opponent set up the triangle

  • @northifyable You can throw on the slicer without shifting to an angle as demonstrated. You cannot get the same mileage of the leg triangle because your opponents chest is in the way, but most mortals will tap from that. For the 10-15% that do not... just go for a standard arm bar.

  • Is it mre, or does Brian look kinda like Billy Mays? All joking aside, Nice vid man, that could be pretty useful when sparring against some of my friends. lol

  • @Juxtal Thanks for watching brother! Damn dude, he does look like him, hee just needs to rock out a lusher beard and speak with alil rasp

  • @KyoOmaya Thanks for watching brother

  • @KyoOmaya Thanks for watching brother

  • Cool video. Where in the U.S. is your gym?

  • @apollothemighty Thanks for watching brother, I train out of James Simrell MMA in scranton pa, right near the poconos

  • @apollothemighty Good vibes from your video. Seems like a very positive place to train. A bit of my way for a commute (from Albuquerque), but I'll subscribe to your channel. Never hurts have some extra tricks my sleeve.

  • Nice i tried it yesterday and it worked, and plan on trying it in the advanced class tonight...i subd ..check me out, i have some tournament stuff up peace and god bless

  • The defending guy must grip his arms together.

I was taught just press his wrist down bending his bicep and squeezing it with my own wrist to cause pain. If his arms aren't connected you can also do shoulder bend as you did

  • got trainin in 2 hours...im gonna try it ...good vid...a bit cocky at the end tho

  • lol...it's a joke brother, I'm not cocky at all

  • i know... just sayin... pulled that off twice in sparring 2day n almost got d third... i always go over a new move a couple ov times before i feel confident using it...i managed to get it from bottom...thanks for d vid n good luck in future fights

  • thank you sir, when I roll I'll usually think of something i want to do and keep looking for the openings

  • i sometimes get stuck when the other guy is super strong and i cannot break their grip when i am on the verge of armbarring them. this is a great technique!!! i never even thought of crushing their bicep.... and when trying to break their grip, they always escape since they are so strong.... thanks

  • Not a problem brother, if you want i can do acouple grip breaking techniques too. My coach is a sambo technician so we incorperate alot of bicep and calf crushes. Alot of leg locks aswell

  • @psykojojo i would really appreciate that and i am sure lots of other guys would to... thanks in advance

  • Look up the Filho Break. That's one I've found very effective.

  • what up yavid

  • hi jojo :)
