Of course, there is no difference between 1992 and 2002. Or in fighting Iraq with a degree of international approval and cooperation that dwarfs the "Coalition of the Willing." Also, when opposing younger Bush's push for war in 2002 and 2003, Gore didn't base his argument on whether Iraq had or was seeking WMDs, but on the fact that unilateral action would most likely damage our credibility around the world as well as increase the danger of further terrorist acts. Guess what, Gore was right.

I really hate how Republicans have not used this as well as Democrat comments from 1998-2003 when confronted with the whole "Bush lied" rhetoric. Although many of the Democrats who professed belief in Iraq's WMDs prior to the war did not want to wage the war like Bush 43 eventually did, they should held accountable for their votes and their warmongering.
